Horse Spirit Animal

From January 31st 2014 is Chinese New Year, ushering in the Year of the Horse, and it is followed one month later by Losar, the Tibetan New Year.

“When I bestride him, I soar, I am a hawk: he trots the air; the earth sings when he touches it; the basest horn of his hoof is more musical than the pipe of Hermes.”     Shakespeare, Henry V

According to psychologist Carl Jung, horses symbolize natural forces mastered by human beings. Just like we harness a horse to ride it or use its power, we can harness our own energy or nature’s to serve us and bring us further.

Horses are noble, grounded, powerful, spirited, and independent.  In virtually every culture, they are symbolic of freedom and passion. But they are land-based animals, so this freedom and passion is based in this world, defined by action – a very different feel than last year’s Water Snake energy.

That theme of service is present in some Native American representations of the horse. As a spirit animal, the horse symbolizes the driving force or passion that carries us forward in life. But horses are also friends of humans like almost no other animals (other than perhaps dogs.) They have played a huge part in human culture all around the world, in the realms of transportation, agriculture, and sport. This was certainly true in many Native American cultures as well (though horses weren’t introduced to the Americas until the Spanish brought them in the 1500s, when they greatly changed the Plains Indians lives.) In other words, horses represent this combination of passion and service. In the best of circumstances.

In Buddhism, the horse is a symbol of effort and energy in spiritual practice. In some teachings, it also represents the prana energy running through the channels of our body, and particularly the mind-energy as it manifests. This mind-energy is sometimes called the ‘wind-horse’, and we can ride this wind-horse – we can tame and direct our mind – in whatever direction we want with effort and discipline.

The 11th century Tibetan yogi Milarepa speaks of the taming of this wind-horse in his  “Song of the Galloping Horse of a Yogi”:

In the mountain hermitage which is my body,
In temple of my breast,
At the summit of the triangle of my heart,
The horse which is my mind flies like the wind.
He gallops on the plains of great bliss.
If he persists, he will attain the rank of a victorious Buddha.
Going backward, he cuts the root of samsara.
Going forward he reaches the high land of Buddhahood.

Astride such a horse, one attains the highest illumination.

(translation by Losang P. Lhalungpa)

It was a great year to be with horses, the year of the horse.

Magnetic human energy field No. 2

The Energetic World In And Around Us

(sourse: http://rmorf.hubpages.com/hub/Speaking-With-Your-Energy)

There really is plenty of evidence that we live in an energetic world. Even if you look at the world through the eyes of a quantum physicist, everything is constantly exchanging sub-atomic particles back and forth... and string theory tells us that at the most subtle levels everything is multidimensional vibration. That has an erie similarity to what the shamans, yogis, and mystics have been telling us for centuries.
  • We live in a world of constantly interacting energy fields
  • We ourselves have a human energy fields
  • Our physical bodies decend from energy
  • What effects our subtle energy has a dramatic influence on us

So Why Can't We See It

If human energy fields exist why can't people generally perceive them? Actually, it's just a matter of training. Most people can't perceive the difference between a masterpiece work of art and an extremely good copy. Yet, a trained art expert can perceive the difference quite easily. It's really the same for the human energy field. Trained practioners can actually see the fields of energy including the acupuncture points. But what can you do if you haven't received the proper training or been gifted with the raw talent?

Resonance and Dissonance

Actually, there is a simple technique based on the concepts of energetic resonance and dissonance. The idea that you can resonate with something is already common in western language. The basic idea is that when you do energetically resonate with something you are better or stronger. On the other hand, if you are in a state of dissonance, you are worse or weaker. Taken literally, if you are in a state of resonance with something your muscles will be stronger, but if you are in a state of dissonance with something your muscles will be weaker. The truth of this proposition is well established in chiropractic practice and theory and has become known as kinesiology or, more commonly, as muscle testing.
There are different forms and techniques of muscle testing. Many chiropractors know very specific muscle tests to check the alignment of each individual vertebra in the spine. However, there is a very simple technique that anyone can learn. Yet, this test is based on a very particular flow of subtle energy in the hand based on a very particular mudra from yoga. I believe this technique is much more sensitive to subtle energy in and around the human body that other techniques.

A simple muscle testing technique

This technique can be easily mastered with a little practice. It helps you to sense when things are resonant or dissonant with your energy body. The testing technique consists of inserting the index finger of the right hand into the loop formed by the thumb and ring finger of the left hand and using just the right amount of force to press the index finger down where the tips of the thumb and ring finger join.
If something is resonant, then the muscles in the thumb and ring ringer will be stronger and the pressure from the index finger will not cause the thumb and ring finger to seperate. Conversely, if something is dissonant, then the muscles will be weakened and the pressure from the right hand's index finger will cause the thumb and ring finger to separate.

A complete demonstration can be seen on the video

How To Use The Technique

This technique is very powerful because it can effectively test things impacting the physical body, the physical energy body, the emotional energy body, and the mental energy body. That means you can test your resonance or disonance with:
  • Physical objects like foods, medicines, vitamins, and herbs
  • Emotional feelings
  • Ideas

For example, you can test a particular herb at the local herb shop to see if it will actually be beneficial for you. You can hold a particular idea in your mind and see if it resonates or not... and, yes, you can actually test another person to see if you really do resonate with them.
The two things that are absolutely required for this technique to work are lots and lots of practice and your belief in the technique. The practice will develop your technique. Then, what's the point of doing it if you don't believe you are actually getting in touch with your personal energy.

Something beautiful

“I am the light that is over all things. I am all: from me all came forth, and to me all attained.
Split a piece of wood; I am there.
Lift up the stone, and you will find me there.”

Human beings who act like machines

Western tradition mistakenly assumes that the greatest evil of mankind arise from selfishness. In our century evil has proven to be more radical, than was previously thought. We now know that the truest evil has nothing to do with selfishness, or any such undrestandable, sinful motives. Instead, it is based on the following phenomenon: MAKING HUMAN BEINGS SUPERFLUOUS as human beings.

The entire concentration camp system (world war II) was designed to convince the prisoners THEY WERE UNNECCESARY, before they were murdered. In the concentration camps men were taught that punishment was not connected to a crime, that work produced no results. The camp is a place where every activity and human impulse is senseless. Where in other words, senselessness is daily produced anew. To summarize: if it is true that in the final stage of totalitarianism an absolute evil emerges, absolute as it no longer relates to human motives.

THE GRATEST EVIL IN THE WORLD ARE THE ACTIONS COMMITED by "nobody´s", commited by men without motives, without convictions, BY HUMAN BEINGS, WHO REFUSE TO BE PERSONS. It is a phenomenon that Hannah Arendt calles the banality of evil. She wrote a paper:  Eichmann in Jerusalem: A Report on the Banality of Evil (1963), she coined the phrase "the banality of evil" to describe Eichmann. She raised the question of whether evil is radical or simply a function of THOUGHTLESSNESS, A TENDENCY OF ORDINARY PEOPLE TO OBEY ORDERS AND CONFORM TO MASS OPINION, without a critical evaluation of the consequences of their actions and inaction.

Since Socrates and Plato thinking is thought to be engaged in the silend dialog between "me and myself". In refusing to be a person one utterly surenders a single most defining human quality, that of being able to think for one´s self, to feel his conscience, consisiquently means that one is NO LONGER CAPABLE OF MAKING MORAL JUDGEMENTS. This inability creates the possibility for ordinary men and women to commit evil deeds in a gigantic scale: to participate in the decay of our civilization, poverty, destruction of the enviroment... the like of which one has never seen before.

The manifestation of wind of thought is not knowledge, but the ability to tell right from wrong and considering our world society as a whole (including all the living beings and the enviroment) and beeing aware that by doing nothing, one is also partcipating and responsible.

The trick is to make one fell seperated from others...

Martin Niemoeller:
"First they came for the Communists but I was not a Communist so I did not speak out. Then they came for the Socialists and the Trade Unionists but I was not one of them, so I did not speak out.
Then they came for the Jews but I was not Jewish so I did not speak out.
And when they came for me, there was no one left to speak out for me."

Even if one seperates others from family, friends from acquaintances, a nation from other nations, a particulal religion, from other religions, one is participating in the root cause of human suffering today!

Arendt's essay, "On Violence", distinguishes between violence and power. She maintains that, although theorists of both the Left and Right regard violence as an extreme manifestation of power, the two concepts are, in fact, antithetical. Power comes from the collective will and does not need violence to achieve any of its goals, since voluntary compliance takes its place. As governments start losing their legitimacy, violence becomes an artificial means toward the same end and is therefore, found only in the absence of power. Bureaucracies then become the ideal birthplaces of violence since they are defined as the "rule by no one" against whom to argue and therefore, recreate the missing links with the people they rule over.

Every time one says, "Ah, I do not want problems, I prefer peace quiet, that`s why I go along. It is how it is, I can not change it."  Every time we are the ones who enable everything that is happening in the human society, peace by peace, little by little. Of course it is necessary to choose how to act wisely, a way to be constructive and not destructive, but to do nothing is to be the responsible and guilty one, with a mask. If one feels as an individual, that he/she is unimportant that, not worthy, that one can not do anything, that one is only following orders and rules... every such individual de-humanizes ones self and strips himself of the essence of being a human being! But not of the responsibility! Even when one distinguishes between private and public spheres, between the family and the "rest of the world", between my friends and others (that is the point where "others" automaticly somenthing less, a lesser being)... exactly that is where ones borders humanity lay, and where one ceases to be a human and becomes nothing more than a machine.

Vision quest II

A vision quest is a rite of passage in some Native American cultures. The vision quest may be said to make the initiated establish contact with a spirit or force. The vision quest is the learning and initiation process of the apprentice under the guidance of elders.

In many Native American groups, the vision quest is a turning point in life taken before maturing to find oneself and the intended spiritual and life direction. Personally, I take it every few years, just to connect with the life force and the natures flow in a strong concentrated way and I found that it can be taken in a solitude or in a group that has an inner connection that is based on the equilibrium and balance.

When one  is ready, he or she will go on a personal, spiritual quest, often in conjunction with a period of fasting. This usually lasts for a number of days while the one is attuned to the spirit world. Usually, a guardian animal will come in a vision or dream, or it will present one self during the quest in an obvious way. One's life direction will appear at some point aswell. Returning to the tribe, one than pursues that direction in life which the vision quest revealed .

Here are some photographs of the locations that we have visited on this years vision quest:

Guardian animal as an ancient belief - Seagull:

Subtle lessons in behavior and communication, teaches to read people more effectively. Seagulls are spiritual messengers that demonstrate that a higher communication with guides is taking place. He shows how to see above situations with a higher clarity and teaches that there are many perspectives to consider. Seagull shows a sense friendship and community and the cooperation that is needed for the whole to operate successfully. He teaches how to ride the currents of the mental, emotional and physical worlds. Seagull can teach many lessons of looking, living and being. He teaches about the time to listen and watch for the nuances and timing of action.

The new Science

We are made of Energy, not Matter

The new science also accepts that the universe, including us, is made up of energy, not matter. This is not actually new – it was posited by Socrates in Europe way back when, and by the ancient rishis in India thousands of years before that.

Socrates said that energy, or soul, is separate from matter, and that the universe is made of energy – pure energy which was there before man and other material things like the earth came along.

However at the end of the seventeenth century Newtonian physics became the corner-stone of science, and it was based on the theory that there is only matter and nothing else – the whole universe is a machine, made of matter, and so are we. Medical science is still stuck in the Newtonian concept, even though the rest of science has now moved on to quantum physics.

Quantum physics says that as you go deeper and deeper into the workings of the atom, you see that there is nothing there – just energy waves. It says an atom is actually an invisible force field, a kind of miniature tornado, which emits waves of electrical energy.

Those energy waves can be measured and their effects seen, but they are not a material reality, they have no substance because they are… well, just electricity. So science now embraces the idea that the universe is made of energy.

We are of course made up of atoms. And atoms are continuously giving off, and absorbing, light and energy, all the time. It doesn’t stop even when we sleep. Every cell in the body has its atoms lined up in such a way that it has a negative and a positive voltage, inside and outside. So every cell in our body is a miniature battery. Each cell has 1.4 volts of energy – not much, but when you multiply by the number of cells in your body (50 trillion) you get a total voltage of 700 trillion volts of electricity in your body. Pretty strong stuff! This is what the Chinese call ‘chi’, and is also the energy used in hands on healing. It can even be measured outside the body for a certain radius, depending on the sophistication of the instrument. And guess which has the stronger electro-magnetic energy field – your head or your heart? For the answer, see the end of this article.
Now here is another interesting fact which relates to our lives… Each atom has its own distinct frequency, or vibration. And quantum physicists study the energetic effect when atoms collide, not their ‘matter’. What they see is that when two atomic waves meet, they either meet in synch, creating a constructive or harmonious effect, or they meet out of synch, creating a destructive effect in which they annul each other.

Dr Bruce Lipton, a former professor of medicine at Harvard University and author of the best-selling ‘Your mind is greater than your genes’, explains that if you drop two equal pebbles at exactly the same time into water, from the same height, they will both produce the same wave ripples. Ie, their waves will be in harmony with each other, and when their ripples meet the combined effect will be an amplification of the wavelength – in other words the merged waves become more powerful. But if you drop the pebbles from different heights or a millisecond apart, then when the resultant waves meet they will not be in harmony and will cancel each other out – the waves become weaker. You can try this out for yourself.

Exactly the same thing happens when atomic energy waves meet – they either have a constructive effect (become more powerful) or a destructive effect. Now, we are all created of atomic energy waves, and because it is impossible to separate waves, the new science says what Osho was saying over forty years ago: we are all connected - our waves are always meeting and getting entangled in each other. Dr Lipton says the result of such invisible meetings we call ‘good vibes’ and ‘bad vibes’, depending on whether the other waves we meet are in synch with us or out of synch. No wonder so many people were ‘magnetically attracted’ to Osho and felt peaceful and harmonious in his presence.

This means it is important to be aware of whether you are in an environment where you are getting entangled in destructive energy waves or constructive energy waves. The cells that make up our bodies know instinctively what is nourishing and what is toxic (Lipton demonstrates this with cells in petri dishes which move away from toxic stuff and towards nourishing stuff). And in fact all animals and plants communicate through vibrations, ie by sensing whether the energy is good for them or not. But we have been taught not to listen to our feelings but instead to what people say. So we are not trained to use our ability to sense energy, even though we have it just as all plants and animals have.

Many of the meditations Osho describes in The Book of Secrets work with the senses, and are a great way to get back in touch with your natural instincts so you can have more awareness of when you are in a nourishing or a draining situation.

A related Osho exerpt
The first thing is that in this world, matter and consciousness are not two separate things. What we call matter is consciousness asleep, and what we know as consciousness is matter awakened. In reality matter and consciousness are not different; they are different manifestations of the same thing. Existence is one, and that one is godliness or brahman or whatsoever you want to call it. When that one is asleep it appears as matter, and when awake it is consciousness. So don’t treat matter and consciousness as separate entities; they are only utilitarian terms. They are not really different.

Even science has come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as matter. How amusing it is that fifty years ago Nietzsche declared that God is dead, and fifty years from now science will have to declare that God may or may not be dead but matter is certainly dead. As science goes deeper and deeper into matter it finds that matter is no more and only energy remains, only energy is.

What remains after the explosion or splitting of the atom is only particles of energy. And what we know as electrons, protons and neutrons are particles of electricity. In fact, it is not correct to call them particles, because particles imply matter. The scientists had to find a new word, which is quanta, which has a different connotation altogether. Quanta is both a particle and a wave. It is difficult to comprehend how something could be both a particle and a wave simultaneously, but quanta is both. Sometimes it behaves as a particle – which is matter; and sometimes it behaves as a wave – which is energy. Wave and energy are behaviors of the same quanta.

When science dug deep it found that only energy is, and when spirituality delved deep it found that only spirit or atman or soul is. And soul is energy. The time is just around the corner when a synthesis of science and religion will be achieved, and the distance that separates them will simply disappear. When the gap between matter and truth has proved to be false, the gap between science and religion cannot exist for long. If matter and consciousness are not two, how can religion and science be two? The separation of science and religion was dependent on the separation of matter and consciousness.

To me, only one is; two simply don’t exist. There is no place for duality; so the question of matter and consciousness does not arise. If you like the language of matter, you can say that everything is matter. And if you like the language of consciousness, you can say that everything is consciousness. I for one prefer the language of consciousness. Why do I prefer it? Because, in my view, one should always prefer the language of the higher, which has greater potential; one should not prefer the language of the lower, where potential is less and less.

Consciousness asleep is matter, and consciousness awakened is consciousness. All is consciousness.

Feeling Energy Flow

Have you ever walked into a room, waited in a queue or passed a group of people along the street and noticed one person's energy more than another? It seems to bounce at you, trying to knock you over and disrupt you from the place you were in. It can hit you from the other side of a room, it is calling out to be seen, sometimes the person is ouverly loud and other times nothing is said yet their energy is yelling out and tugging at you, rudely interrupting your space and knocking you right out of the place you were holding. When you take notice, it feels like this person's energy is 'leaking out' everywhere…and it is. You may not even be near the person yet you feel awkward as their energy reaches across the room and grabs you and pulls you and everyone else in. Suddenly you feel fragmented, out of alignment and out of harmony with yourself.

Whenever you or another behaves in this way it is from a place of lack or fear and this energetic burst is trying to compensate. You or the other person may feel that this exertion of energy will help you connect with others yet what it does is the exact opposite and pushes one away further, out of relationship with oneself and others.

If this is a behaviour of yours, notice what you are feeling at these times - are you feeling inadequate, jealous, have low self esteem, fearful or guilty? Are you overcompensating because you do not want to feel what is really going on? Do you want the approval of others to increase your self-esteem? Start to notice your 'energy' behaviour and see when it goes out of proportion and invades others space. Become aware of your energy and what effect you have on others or they have on you. Then start to reign your energy in. Your energetic field is meant to stop with your aura about 10 -15 cm from around your body.

If you are the recipient of someone's 'leaking energy' know that all you have to do is focus on your own energy and your auric field. Concentrate for a moment on your aura bouncing this persons energy away from you and clearing your space while mainting your energy within your auric field. Nothing needs to be said, you don't even need to look at or acknowledge the person in any way. All you need to do is take responsibility for managing and maintaining your own energetic space. Pull in any energy of your own that has leaked out to this other person and go on about your day. Your energy field when healthy, will not allow another person acting from this fearful place to come in and take over your space.

We interact with so many people on a daily basis that it is important after being with anyone we pull in our energy and ensure we haven't taken any energy from someone else with us.

We each have and use so much energy every second of the day that supports our system and keeps us in harmony with our physical and mental body. It keeps us grounded, connected to and in relationship with ourselves. Just as we have manners when we speak with people, we need to have manners where our energy is concerned. Consider and take responsibility for your own 'energetic manners'.

At any time of the day you one can stop and take a moment to feel the energy flow within one`s own body.

Starting at the top of the head and imagining a scan running down one`s body - head, then neck, sholders, chest, back, stomach, pelvis, buttocks, legs and feet. The energy scans one`s body trying to pick up where the energy flows easily and where it stops and feels blocked. When the block is felt, stopping and taking a moment to find out what is holding this spot within the body. It may be fear, or anger or jealousy or guilt, something that is holding and contracting one`s energetic flow and holding one back. Or it may simply need releasing.

Gently being with the block and focusing positive and loving energy into this area, relaxing the areas as one breathes into it. It may help to feel white light entering the space helping to release whatever has been held.

Stay with this for as long as you can, ideally until the stuck energy is released. Then continue with your energy scan.

At first you may find that there are many blockages or contractions in your body. This is good because you have begun to notice how you react and hold things everyday. Practice this daily. In the morning or at night while lying in bed are good times. Or take a moment when sitting down to tune in to how your body is feeling and give it the space to relax and flow and feel your energy scan.

You start healing by being aware of how your body flows. Next you become aware of the triggers that cause these contractions and then you are able to spend the time to gently be with these triggers and reactions and release them with loving intention.

Water, the essence of life No2

In 1892, Röntgen, who discovered X-rays and won the first Nobel Prize in Physics, proposed a model for water in which an ice-like structure and an unknown structure are mixed to form water. In 1933, however, after investigating X-ray diffraction data for water, professors at Cambridge University proposed a theoretical model for water in which the structure of ice, comprising H2O molecules placed at the four vertices and center of a regular tetrahedron, is continuously distorted to form water. This model was not universally accepted but was supported by many scientists because corroborative results were obtained in various subsequent spectroscopic analyses and three-dimensional molecular dynamics simulations carried out using computers, the performance of which has been rapidly improving since the 1980sWater, the essence of life  No

In 2008, Takashi Tokushima, a research scientist of RIKEN, and his colleagues analyzed the structure of water using high-brilliance soft X-rays from the RIKEN Physical Science III Beamline (BL17SU) and a soft X-ray emission spectrometer with the world's highest resolution equipped with a newly developed special container (a liquid flow cell) with windows made from strong 150-nm-thick thin films with a high transmittance for soft X-rays. When an electron is expelled from the inner orbital of an oxygen atom covalently bonded to hydrogen atoms upon the irradiation of soft X-rays, an electron in the outer orbital moves to the inner orbital to occupy the positively charged vacant position (a hole). At this time, the energy corresponding to the difference between the energy of the electron in the inner and outer orbitals is released as soft X-rays. Therefore, we can determine the state of lone pairs by examining differences in the energy distribution of the released soft X-rays (energy spectrum). This is the principle of the structural analysis of water by soft X-ray emission spectroscopy (Fig. 4). When the soft X-ray emission spectrum of water (liquid) is examined by this method, two peak intensities corresponding to the lone pairs involved in hydrogen bonds are observed (Fig. 5). This finding suggests that two states of water with different patterns of hydrogen bonds simultaneously exist. To examine this finding more precisely, the scientists analyzed the structure of water using various techniques, for example, small-angle X-ray scattering analysis, a method of observing fine structures by analyzing the scattering pattern of X-rays that are scattered with a small angle upon the irradiation of X-rays onto a material, and X-ray Raman scattering to observe molecular orbitals without electrons.
The above analyses revealed a highly unexpected structure for water. Unlike the conventionally accepted model in which the orderly ice structure is continuously and gradually distorted to form the uniform structure of water, water appears to have a relatively large variation in density (dense/thin), namely, ice-like orderly structures (with a low density) are sparsely distributed in a high-density “sea” of H2O molecules that are distorted due to the breaking of hydrogen bonds, resulting in polka-dot-like fine structure (Fig. 5). It was also found that the variation in density becomes small at high temperatures and large at low temperatures. Because of this finding, it is necessary to reappraise the model proposed by Röntgen. Since the results were published in an American scientific journal, there have been calls to modify the new model of water based on molecular dynamics simulations, and a lively debate about the nature of water is still ongoing. The density of ice being lower than that of water and the density of water being greatest at 4°C now appear to be partially explainable by considering the intermolecular distance and the average number of H2O molecules surrounding a H2O molecule (the arrangement number). However, there are still many unclear mechanisms, for example, the rate of change between the two states of water, and how this rate of change is affected when a substance is dissolved in water. Thus, the mysteries of water have not yet been fully clarified.
You may be surprised to hear that the above-mentioned fundamental research on water is indispensable in clarifying the mechanism underlying the dissolution of substances in water and the roles of water in biological organisms and chemical reactions. However, for example, to clarify the functions of biological cells containing water with various ions, it is necessary to fully understand the structure of water and the states of the relevant electrons. Thus, the expectation that SPring-8 will lead the world in fundamental research on water is growing.

Water is the essence of all forms of life on this Earth and water is here as a reminder of what you truly come from. Send energy to the water and water will magnify whatever energy you give it multi-fold. Receive water into your body system and water will rejuvenate you. Water can give you life, as you are born from it, and water can release you from the energy of living, allowing your body system into the sea and allowing it to transform back unto the Earth in which it came from, garnering the energy of all that is in the Universe in one single cell, on atom, one tiny molecule.
LOVE travels quicker than thought, it is an invisible mystic touch. It is  an energetic frequency and like all other frequencies it transcends the space and time continuum. It is not the only frequency humans put out into the universe, but it is the only frequency that is in alignment with the universe.

Follow Your Heart, it is Smarter Than You Think

From an article: Lit Corner | March 23, 2011 |
The heart is also the first organ that is being formed in the womb. The rest comes later.
EagleEyes, 17 March 2011, by Rebecca Cherry

Recently, Neurophysicists have been astonished to discover that the Heart is more an organ of intelligence, than (merely) the bodies' main pumping station. More than half of the Heart is actually composed of neurons of the very same nature as those that make up the cerebral system. Joseph Chilton-Pearce, author of The Biology of Transcendence, calls it "the major biological apparatus within us and the seat of our greatest intelligence."

The Heart is also the source of the body's strongest electromagnetic field. Each heart cell is unique in that it not only pulsates in synchrony with all the other heart cells, but also produces an electromagnetic signal that radiates out beyond the cell. An EEG that measures brain waves shows that the electromagnetic signals from the heart are so much stronger than brain waves, that a reading of the heart's frequency spectrum can be taken from three feet away from the body...without placing electrodes on it!

The Heart's electromagnetic frequency arcs out from the Heart and back in the form of a torus field. The axis of this Heart torus extends from the pelvic floor to the top of the skull, and the whole field is holographic, meaning that information about it can be read from each and every point in the torus.

The Hearts' torus electromagnetic field is not the only source that emits this type of electromagnetic field. Every atom emits the same torus field. The Earth is also at the center of a torus, so is the solar system and even our galaxy...and all are holographic. Scientists believe there is a good possibility that there is only one universal torus encompassing an infinite number of interacting, holographic tori within its spectrum. Because electromagnetic torus fields are holographic, it is more than likely that the sum total of our Universe is present within the frequency spectrum of a single torus.

This means that each one of us is connected to the entire Universe and as such, can access all the information within it at any given moment. When we get quiet and access what we hold in our Hearts, we are literally connecting to the limitless supply and Wisdom of the Universe, thereby enabling what we perceive as "miracles" to enter into our lives.

When we disconnect and shut down the Heart's innate wisdom of Love-based thinking, the ego-based intellect takes over and operates independently of the Heart, and we revert to a survival mentality based on fear, greed, power, and control. In this way, we come to believe that we are separate, our perception of life shifts into one of limitation and scarcity, and one in which we must fight in order to survive. This amazing organ, that we often time ignore, neglect and build walls around, is where we can find our strength, our faith, our courage and our compassion, enabling our higher emotional intelligence that can, if we allow it, guide us through our lives.

We must now switch the gears out of the fear-based mental state that we have been taught to believe in, and move into Heart Centered living. For this transformation to take place, one must learn to meditate, "go into your Heart" and access the inner wisdom of the Universe. It is the only way, it is THE WAY. As each one of us begins this quiet revolution of living from the Heart, we will begin to see it reflected in our lives and in our World. This is how each one of us will create change in the world, create Peace, create Harmony and Balance, and in this way, will we all create the New World Paradigm of Heaven on Earth.

Indian teaching

An old Cherokee chief was teaching his grandson about life...

"A fight is going on inside me," he said to the boy.
"It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves.

"One is evil - he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, self-doubt, and ego.

"The other is good - he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith.

"This same fight is going on inside you - and inside every other person, too."

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather,
"Which wolf will win?"

The old chief simply replied,

"The one you feed."

To be connected, to feel one`s self . . . . . No. 3 : ability to trust

Trust can be attributed to relationships between people. It can be demonstrated that humans have a natural disposition to trust and to judge trustworthiness that can be traced to the neurobiological structure and activity of a human brain, and can be altered e.g. by the application of oxytocin.

Oxytocin  is a mammalian hormone that acts primarily as a neuromodulator in the brain. Recent studies have begun to investigate oxytocin's role in various behaviors, including orgasm, social recognition, pair bonding, anxiety, and maternal behaviors. For this reason, it is sometimes referred to as the "love hormone"

The ability to trust others starts at the family level and grows to others. According to the psychoanalyst Erik Erikson development of basic trust is the first state psychosocial development occurring, or failing, during the first two years of life. Success results in feelings of security, trust, and optimism, while failure leads towards an orientation of insecurity and mistrust.

There are three different forms of trust. Trust is being vulnerable to someone even when they are trustworthy; Trustworthiness is the ability to trust, and trust propensity being able to rely on people. Once trust is lost, by obvious violation of one of these three determinants, it is very hard to regain. Thus there is clear asymmetry in the building versus destruction of trust. Hence being and acting trustworthy should be considered the only sure way to maintain a trust level. In addition to the social influence, in organizational settings, trust may have a positive influence on the behaviors, perceptions, and performances of a person.

A history of betrayal can loom large in one`s memory, and cast its shadow over everything else. One trust violation can swamp memories of the many times one`s trust has been vindicated. It's important to reflect on

1) the number of times that others have lived up to one`s trust in them,
2) the difficulty of distrust, with its constant need for monitoring and controlling others, and
3) the social costs of distrust, given the harm to social relationships that is caused when people feel distrusted.

It is important that one realises that one`s inability to trust leads to failed relationships.

If one grew up in an environment where one was made to feel inadequate, insecure and afraid to trust, one is likely to have a difficult time in adulthood with one`s ability to love and to be loved, thus having the ability to be connected and to feel one`s self whilst interacting with other people.

One will, more than likely, develop a fear of being controlled by other people, and one will attempt to mitigate that fear by either over-controlling one`s intimate partners (using any degree of exaggeration, manipulation, anger, threats, seduction or deception), pushing one`s partner away, or by running away from intimacy.  One will be likely not to trust people who display love and affection, and one will act suspicious, inconsistent, confusing, insecure, jealous and perhaps paranoid around them.  One`s behavior will communicate:  “I reject you.  But please don’t reject me because I need you.”

Other symptoms of having low ability to trust and thus being destructive in one`s own emotional relationships are:
  • having low trust in one`s intimate relationships,
  • blocking connection and closeness,
  • doubting the abilities of others (projecting one`s own fears onto others),
  • issues of control (trying to control the partner in one form or the other),
  • doubting others extensively,
  • feeling the need for proof of trustworthiness from others,
  • low capacity for giving and receiving love, etc.

Every relationship begins with trust in each other. Without the initial trust, the relationship will not move forward. In the beginning, one believes without much proof about the others character. It is love and some assessment of how trustworthy the person is. As the relationship grows, fissures start forming because of doubts about whether the other person can be trusted. Was he/she trustworthy from the beginning or was I fooled? Or is he/she changing now? This kind of doubtful thinking causes tremendous strain in a relationship and with the breaking of trust, the relationship breaks, because the connection, the flow of energy, that is effortless is lost and instead of that there is only draining of energy from one another that is very tiring and destructive.

So, let us examine this on an energetic level and what it really means.  When one has the ability to trust, one is energetically opened and one is connected to self (the being) and the universe, thus one is able to truly love and be loved. It is felt as a natural flow of energy through the body and communication with other people is effortless (does not drain one of energy). If one is mistrusting, what it actually means is that one is afraid and fear is an automatic disconnector from self and the universe, so no love can be received or given, because there is no flow of energy, or it is barely functioning. When that happens one needs the energy flow anyway, so one tries to get it  from others.

Learning to combine one`s desire for independence with the desire  to be connected and to feel with another and be part of the universe, on an energetic level as a whole, is complimentary and not at all opposing. What it really means is knowing and trusting one`s self of being able to take care of one`s self and one`s own needs and that others are able to do the same and at the same time knowing and trusting that the people with witch one has emotional relationships with, have honest and loving intentions at heart. Being able to belong and being connected to self, and being on a team doesn’t threaten the identities of the people involved.

Being able to have a rational, reasonable, trusting, loving and communicative discussion about what one  wishes  from the other person (what is necessary for one`s own personal feeling of being loved and respected) what the partner wishes are, where one`s relationship triggers are, and how one would like the other person to respond when one gets triggered, fearful, angry or threatened and to trust that the agreements made will be respected for both that are in one relationship.

To trust is not the same as being naive. One can trust because one feels secure in one`s own abilities to maintain a level of safety for one`s self no matter what happens in life, one feels and trust one`s self that everything is and is going to be all right. This way one can feel safe, and one can be connected to the essence of self and the universe.

Freedom comes when one stops projecting ones own fear of powerlessness onto others, blaming them and victimizing ones self and thus being mistrusting of people in general.

How to build trust and trustworthiness:
    • be truthful, honest,
    • be reliable (follow through on promises made),
    • set boundaries in an assertive fashion (with respect, love and acceptance of others, unwillingness to give energy to others in an unhealthy way, with acceptance and without judgement of others),
    • be trusting (do not accuse a person, rather ask for an explanation with trust),
    • be fair and respectful of others,
    • have the ability to feel  compassion (validate the other persons feelings),
    • take responsibility for your own feelings and actions,
    • trust yourself (know that you are able, without doubting).

One has to be responsible for one`s own feelings and energy one puts out in to the universe. What that means is that only the person that feels that something has been done by another, that was unpleasant to one`s own feelings and that it also interrupted one`s own personal energetic flow, only the person that is perceiving, feeling this, can be responsible for the solution. When one is connected to self and the universe, one has the trust that is needed to resolve the issue at hand lovingly, with acceptance of others, whilst maintaining the energy flow and the connection with self and the universe, so energy from others is not needed. So one has to trust that the other had and has one`s best interest at heart, and by being made aware of the situation and being given a proposal how to solve the situation, that that person will respect the solution and thus the connection to self, others and the universe is uninterrupted.

      To be connected, to feel one`s self . . . . . No. 2 : safety

As already written in the previous post: Fear is an automatic disconnector from one`s self and the universe. So that said one is automatically on autopilot, once one becomes afraid, or let`s say on ego-pilot, unconscious and oblivious of what is really happening, wrapped in an ego`s illusion of reality.

The simple definition of illusion is "not perceiving things as they really are". Perception itself is an illusory device, because we never perceive anything as it actually is. We could say that reality is merely different configurations of vibrating energy in a quantum flux. How we view that reality will always be in distortion. Then there are psychological illusions that only exist to the perceiver, such as fear. Fear in it`s essence is an energy pattern usually in the mind of the perceiver.

Let us look at fear more closely. How is fear perceived?

Fear is a distressing negative sensation induced by a perceived threat. It is a basic survival mechanism occurring in a response to a specific stimulus, that is external or internal, meaning without any action made by the outside world at the present time or otherwise.

In the most basic function, the only constructive function, is one that comes from us being natural beings that once lived in nature, exposed to the elements and other animals: fear is the ability to recognize danger and flee from it, or confront it, also known as the fight or flight response, an instant reaction to something presently happening and necessary for our physical survival.

Fear can be widely classified into two types: external fear and internal fear.
      • External fear is caused by something outside of one`s self
      • Internal fear is something inside of one`s self that one links a negative emotion of fear with, for example: fear developed out of low self esteem.
Or one can classify fear as a feeling that has to do with an immediate threat to one`s physical existence and serves as an activator for one`s actions that ensure physical survival. This feeling is a primal natural mechanism and is constructive, that said this feeling is basically non existent in the modern world, because it has to do with the primal natural order of physical survival in nature. The other is fear as an emotion that is the construct of one`s mind and it is not a part of one`s essence, this kind of fear is one that dominates the modern global society. So, fear is one of the most prevalent illusory perceptions in today`s world. One sees it in every day life and it is based on the illusory belief that someone or something outside ourselves can harm or destroy our peace of mind. So basically it is one`s mind that has the illusion and it is not even a fear that comes out of the threat for one`s physical body at that moment and thus has nothing to do with one`s wellbeing in reality-for what fear was actually constructed in nature. One can call this emotional fear or fear as an illusion. Some of the more popular emotional fears are: fear of failure, fear of not being good enough, fear of not being powerfull enough or being powerless, fear of not being accepted, of being alone, fear of being manipulated, fear of being taken advantage of (both have to do with trust issues), fear of feelings of guilt (that have to do with not accepting and loving one`s self), etc.

Emotional fears are very destructive in nature and not only that they disconnect one from one`s own true essence, but also one is only able to perceive the world through the egoic mind, thus one feeds one`s ego and is in a way smothering and killing one`s own true essence in the process. The main symptoms are a need to "have", a need for "power", a need of "satisfaction", "worry", "anxiety", "terror", "horror", "panic", and "dread", that happen when one identifies one`s self with the emotion of fear, meaning that one becomes fear and there is nothing left for one to be an actuall person, being. To identify, as already said in other post, means to make something same and identifications are all constructed to feed one`s ego, that can never have enough and always needs more. It can also result in different kinds of physical disease when the homeostatic equilibrium is out of balance for long periods of time, especially when one has unresolved emotional fear that one avoids in a way of suppressing it into the subconscious.
Emotional fear can be described with different terms in relation to the degree of fear that is experienced. It varies from mild caution to extreme phobia and paranoia. Fear is related to a number of additional cognitive and emotional states including worry, anxiety, terror, horror, panic, and dread. Experiences of fear can remain long after exposure in the unconscious mind.

If, for example, one is abused as a child in some form or another (even emotionally), one learns in the early childhood that people can not be trusted, or in other words one develops a fear of people in some way or the other, one experiences this as distrust of people, even a constant distrust of people one knows well and that have never showed any real cause for the distrust (cause that is outside of the illusory perception of one being distrustful), which is an illusion, or a delusion. A delusion is a belief that is either mistaken or not substantiated that is held with vehemence. Everything that is a fear based illusion ends up being destructive to one`s self and others and it disconnect one`s self, thus one is not able to perceive true joy and happiness in one`s life.

Don Miguel Ruitz wrote: “I want you to imagine that you live on a planet where everyone has a skin disease. For thousands of years people have suffered the same disease. Their entire bodies are covered by wound that are infected, and they really hurt when you touch them. Of course people of this planet believe this is a normal physiology of the skin. Even the medical books describe this disease as a normal condition. When the people are born, their skin is healthy, but around three or four years of age, the first wounds start to appear. By the time they are teenagers, there are wounds all over their bodies. Can you imagine how these people are going to threat each other? In order to relate to one another they have to protect their wounds. They hardly ever touch each other`s skin, because it is too painful. If by accident you touch someone`s skin, it is so painful that right away that person gets angry and touches your skin, just to get even. Still the instinct of love is so strong that people on the planet pay a high price to have relationships with others. Can you imagine yourself with healthy skin in a world where everyone has a skin disease? You can not touch others because it hurts them, and no one touches you, because they make the assumption that it will hurt you.”

“If you can imagine this, perhaps you can understand someone from another planet, who came to visit us and would have a similar experience with humans."

But it isn`t our skin that is diseased, it is the human mind that is sick with the disease called fear and labeling (that derieved out of fear and laziness) . Fear  produces illusions, delusions, thus the blindness and blindness produces fear, doesn`t it? Being afraid of that which we can not see is very logical isn`t it? Fear is also based on illusions, on something that may or may not happen, but because we symplified everything, we can`t really be sure, can we? Because we do not see the essence, the truth, we actually have no idea what is really going on. We base our life decisions on illusions. we do not even ask our surroundings for feedback, to confirm that the illusion we have made is even a functional representation of the essence. We are so sure in our illusions that we judge, blame and even kill, yes even kill, before we ask questions, before we have even a shadow of a doubt. Isn`t that interesting? Fear produced by illusions has us doubting everything around us, except the illusion which is buy itself a doubtful entity. The manifestations of the disease caused by believing in the illusion of assumptions and fear are: anger, hate, sadness, envy and hypocrisy....thus the suffering.

When one becomes disconnected because of fear, one does not feel one`s self and is not connected to the essence of one`s self and life. In this state one can not feel others, other beings, can not feel love, can not give love and can not receive love and can not feel compassion. One can only be destructive to self (the essence, the being) and the environment and feels others as something separate from self (egoic self), and as potential obstacles in the path of one`s happiness. There are off course obstacles to one`s own happiness in this case, but they are not external, they are internal, derived from one`s own illusions. This are the main points where one can apply awareness, so that one knows that the disconnection has occurred and that one is definitely not feeling one`s self and is most probably destructive, thus producing negative energy and creative a hell like reality.

When one identifies with fear and disconnects, one feels powerless, so the ego steps in to fill the void. One way can be through avoidance, (usually accompanied with some form of emotional violence towards others) but because nothing gets resolved the problem persists and the world of the individual and the activities one feels safe doing are lesser and lesser, so one puts one`s self in a box, so to speak. Few of the ways of filling up the void, that are the most destructive is through control or obtaining power from or over other beings (human or otherwise) in order to feel safe, which is done through manipulation and different forms of violence: emotional, verbal, psychological, physical, sexual, economical, etc. It is important to know that every act with intent (conscious or unconscious) that belittles and makes one feel and seem "less" is a form of violence a manifestation of the ego filling up the void of the illusion of, in this case "safety", through making somebody else even smaller and even more powerless. The less energy one can get from the natural way, one has to supplement the shortage with egoic power, with the destructive ways just described, that are actually energy from others.

Fear, emotional or otherwise is a sign that something has to be learned in order to progress, it has a tendency of repeating a situation in one`s life over and over, until one learns and inner growth happens, that is freeing. Fear is something to know, understand, observe and it is not meant to be avoided, because when avoidance is the choice, one becomes a slave and one`s universe becomes smaller and smaller. It is important not to identify and become one`s fear, because an energy pattern  in the mind of the perceiver becomes destructive and closed to the life`s energy, one is than closed and the fear overcomes one`s own realty. When one stays fully present with fear, one can clearly see that fear is something separate, it is an emotion, a message, and at the same time one can feel the essence of one`s self (staying connected to the life`s flow) and observes everything about the sensation of fear, without identifying with it: it`s texture, bodily sensation, color even, how it arises, how it dissolves, what thoughts it generates, what actions one takes, how it is denied, etc. One goes into the fear experience to learn about one`s self, to find the truth behind the emotion. The saying "The truth shall set you free" than speaks for itself. Avoiding is the fear itself. Only awareness without identification, through observation dispels it, and thus one stays connected to one`s self and is able to be constructive, with positive energy. The truth behind the emotions, knowing one`s illusions , how they work, how to go about learning from them, means having liberated one`s self from fear and avoidance and freeing one`s self to be able to be connected. That is the only true way to find inner joy and happiness in ones life.

Fear and other emotions are merely the instruments that show us a path to inner joy and happiness and are not something to be afraid of, or avoided all together. They are there for one`s realization where one is not aware enough and possibly is doing things in an unconscious and automatic way, so observation and awareness is needed and exploration of that what one is meant to learn in order to progress and be in coherence with one`s essence and the universe. One can not learn and change that of which one is not aware of, the only thing that shows us the way are signs that manifest through emotions and reveal the workings of one`s own egoic mind that are in a fact parts that are blocked for life`s energy flow.

One can choose to be connected with one`s essence, thus the universe. If a "problem" comes up, one can be aware that: "All is well", everything is working out for the highest good. Out of the experience only good can come, when one is aware and observes and learns about one`s self. By being aware of the reality: "I am safe", one can calm down and start to answer the question: "What is it, that I am supposed to learn from this experience at hand?" and one will learn in the best possible way for all and bring personal and universal growth and also freedom to one`s self. Life is joy.

        To be connected, to feel one`s self . . . . . No. 1: the ego

How to feel one`s self, how to find the true essence of one`s self ?

Although everybody knows the expressions: "I do not know what I want anymore, I feel as if I am lost"or "I feel disconnected" or "I do not know, if I love you anymore, I do not know what I want".

To get to the true essence of who "one`s self" really is, let`s begin with the words of Eckhart Tolle, because he wrote it so beautifully:

"The word “I” embodies the greatest error and the deepest truth, depending on how it is used. In conventional usage, it is not only one of the most frequently used words in the language (together with the related words: “me,” “my,” “mine,” and “myself”) but also one of the most misleading. In normal everyday usage, “I” embodies the primordial error, a missperception of who you are, an illusory sense of identity. This is the ego. What you usually refer to when you say “I” is not who you are."

"When a young child learns that a sequence of sounds produced by the parents’ vocal cords is his or her name, the child begins to equate a word, which in the mind becomes a thought, with who he or she is. At that stage, some children refer to themselves in the third person. “Johnny is hungry.” Soon after, they learn the magic word “I” and equate it with their name, which they have already equated with who they are. Then other thoughts come and merge with the original I thought. The next step are thoughts of me and mine to designate things that are somehow part of “I.” This is identification with objects, which means investing things, but ultimately thoughts that represent things, with a sense of self, thereby deriving an identity from them. When “my” toy breaks or is taken away, intense suffering arises. Not because of any intrinsic value that the toy has  the child will soon lose interest in it, and it will be replaced by other toys, other objects – but because of the thought of “mine”. The toy became part of the child’s developing sense of self, of “I.” And so as the child grows up, the original I thought attracts other thoughts to itself: It becomes identified with a gender, possessions, the sense perceived body, a nationality, race, religion, profession. Other things the “I” identifies with are roles – mother, father, husband, wife, and so on, accumulated knowledge or opinions, likes and dislikes, and also things that happened to “me” in the past, the memory of which are thoughts that further define my sense of self as “me and my story.” These are only some of the things people derive their sense of identity form. They are ultimately no more than thoughts held together precariously by the fact that they are all invested with a sense of self. This mental construct is what you normally refer to when you say “I.” To be more precise: Most of the time it is not you who speaks when you say or think “I” but some aspect of that mental construct, the egoic self."  .

"One of the most basic mind structures through which the ego comes into existence is identification. The word “identification” is derived from the Latin word idem, meaning “same” and facere, which means “to make.” So when I identify with something, I “make it the same.” The same as what? The same as I. I endow it with a sense of self, and so it becomes part of my “identity.” One of the most basic levels of identification is with things: My toy later becomes my car, my house, my clothes, and so on. I try to find myself in things but never quite make it and end up losing myself in them. That is the fate of the ego."

The ego identifies with having, which does not necessarily mean the material having it can also mean having different  kinds of identifications, such as: having power, being right, or having the "right" opinion, having the "right way of doing something ("my way is the "right" way"), etc. Everything that deals with a hierarchy, of something being better than something else, or being more "right", and thus something or somebody is automatically "less", (being "more" of something ) that is the construct of the ego and is a total illusion. Concealed within it remains a deep seated sense of dissatisfaction, of incompleteness, of “not enough.” “I don't have enough yet,” by which the ego really means, “I am not enough yet, I have to make more people "wrong and me right" or "smaller" than me (by making them feel as something less, or by making me more right, or by controlling other people)”, or one has to be accepted and liked by people and one is never accepted and liked by enough people and has a very hard time when somebody does not like the ego based facade one is projecting in to the world. In the last case it is about being liked by enough people, or put in a another way "having enough people like me", so "having", that is never full non the less.

Even when one looks at charity of an individual it can come from one`s need for having a good opinion about one`s self and the intention of those charitable acts are in essence very different compared to an act of charity coming from self love and compassion. The intent is different because in the first example the individual or the people on the receiving end do not matter really, they just represent the means of how one can feel better about one`s self nothing more and the main purpose is to satisfy one`s own ego, so the whole action is ego based and the "charitable person" is automatically something "more", "better" and can have a good opinion about one`s self. The second example is different because it comes from the place of feeling and being connected, from love and compassion which in it`s essence does not look at an individual, in need of help as a lesser being. but rather views everybody as equal beings. That said, there is a huge difference between empathy, sympathy and compassion.

The ego has constructed a lot of ways in how to fill up the void of not feeling, or not being enough, or not having enough, or feeling powerless. Few of the ways that are the most destructive is through control or obtaining power from or over other beings (human or otherwise), which is done through manipulation and different forms of violence: emotional, verbal, psychological, physical, sexual, economical, etc. It is important to know that every act with intent (conscious or unconscious) that belittles and makes one feel and seem "less" is a form of violence a manifestation of the ego filling up the void of the illusion of "not enough", through making somebody else even smaller or less important or powerless.

This “I” or “me” and all of the labels, in this case, are of course not the true essence of who one is, it is just the ego and it`s identifications.

Let`s look at what is really going on in the case of ego and it`s needs:
the ego is an always hungry entity that in never satisfied and the more one feeds it, the more it is hungry. Hungry for material things, identifications, labels,....., or in other words it is hungry for power. But what power really is? Ego power is merelly an illusion, it is a strive for happiness, for a feeling of being worthy, of being strong and not having to be afraid. Afraid? What does fear have to do with it one asks? Everything. But lets now first look closely at the egoic power.

When one identifies with the ego, and believes that the ego is actually one`s true self, that is when the disconnection from one`s true self happens. That is not to say that it happens on all levels of being, it just means that the more one identifies with all of the constructs of ego, the more one becomes disconnected from one`s self. What that really means is that one is disconnected from the life`s energy, the flow and also that one forgets who he or she really is, thus one can not feel joy, love and happiness all around us.

This is actually where the conflict lies, because the deeper the disconnection is and the deeper the identification with the ego is, the less energy one can get from the natural way. Instead of that one has to supplement the shortage with egoic power, that is actually energy from others. Nowadays the physicists did discover that all materials are just forms of energy in a solid state and that everything that we know to be, is actually just different forms of energy. So, it makes sense once one looks at it from this perspective: if one is disconnected, one will look for the shortage of energy elsewhere, depending upon what gives one the best artificial satisfaction. The problem is that everything that is ego based is short lived, as Eckhart already said, that is why one can never have enough, one can never belittle enough and maybe the most important one: can never stop being violent. Never. Because it is unconscious (oposite of  being conscious ) and jet necessary for the sustainment of the identification of the ego. That said, fear also plays a big role in it.

Fear is an automatic disconnector from one`s self and the universe. So that said one is automatically on autopilot, once one becomes affraid, or let`s say on ego-pilot, unconscious and oblivious of what is really happening, wrapped in an ego`s ilusion of reality.
